Management Team

Graduate in Social Work With 30 years of service experience in the Welfare Organization of the province, Mrs. Ziaei has held various positions, including Elderly Affairs Specialist at the Shahid Montazeri Reception and Coordination Department, Rehabilitation Deputy of Isfahan County, Head of the Fatima Zahra and Haftom Tir Centers for the Blind, and Senior Expert in Rehabilitation and Community Participation at the Isfahan province Welfare Organization. Since 2005,Mrs. Ziaei has established the Ofogh Farda Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for the Elderly and has been dedicated to providing services to elderly individuals.

Graduate in Nursing Mrs. Jafarian began their career in 1998 as the head of the women’s ward at Sina Psychiatric Hospital in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, gaining experience in various fields, including working at a specialized dressing and injection clinic and serving as a first aid trainer at the Red Crescent. They also worked as the technical supervisor and nurse at the Mother Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for the Elderly in Chaharmahal. Since 2019, Mrs. Jafarian has been serving as the technical supervisor at the Ofogh Farda Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for the Elderly.

The dietary program is determined seasonally based on the opinion of a nutrition expert. The Ofogh Farda Elderly Care Center prepares a variety of Iranian dishes using the best ingredients, with a special focus on quality and variety, all prepared in-house.

By visiting the center in person and completing the contract form, a temporary admission for the elderly person is possible. Then, the elderly individual will be guided through the necessary administrative steps for final admission and file completion by the technical manager of the Ofogh Farda center.

To provide peace of mind for families and ensure the well-being of newly admitted elderly individuals, Ofogh Farda Rehabilitation Center offers the option of a 15-day admission.

At the Ofogh Farda Rehabilitation Center, Families are welcome to visit their loved ones daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This ensures that family bonds remain strong in a welcoming environment provided by our staff.
